in the deep deep akashic records of mankind hidden stories and dreams lay. Templates and prototype like tales than when re-enacted give us the feeling that they really are occurring. The story of Star Trek struck me as a youth mostly because of the charismatic courageous machismo of its hero, Captain James T. Kirk and his encounters with outer space lifeforms that seemed to be... wait...
YO! ----> fuck that..
The meaning of star trek is that mankind will project through blood memory the ideas of its ancestors into the present, current reality. All the stories in star trek are based on myths created here on the planet earth .. all the characters sketched and distorted from our idea of humanoid likeness. We have no effing clue what it out there - but i am sure whatever we imagine we will just as soon find and in an instant what we want to be true will obviously continually manifest --> This is the nature of the Great Void and Cosmic Consciousness. My friends mom who dated William Shatner in the 60's said he was the man! She said he controlled major swooning units.
I guess then.. i will bite, convert and copy the word of Matthew 6 verse 10 here.. that says
"your Kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven"
and i guess i will say there is no real difference between a brand new spaceship
and a brand new car.. lets say a 1960 Ford Mustang 'cruising' the streets looking for adventure and.. you know the USS ENTERPRISE!
and i guess i will say that Mr. Spock may have represented Oriental Wisdom
and i guess i will say Lieutenant Uhura was the first black woman to be kissed by a white man on TV, the first interracial kiss actually ---> in outer- space regardless!
and..
i could go on!
the meaning of Star Trek is that the White American Cowboy carrying Manifest Destiny
as his gun or phaser into the Great unknown is alive and kicking and will remain to be The Romantic European Pirate seeking world and outer-space domination! Pass the Old Spice.
